ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Singapore only. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. Flat rate local shipping fee of $10 SGD applies to orders below $80 SGD. Free delivery for local orders above $80 SGD. For International Shipping, please refer to your respective checkout pages for more information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to several countries within the Asia-Pacific region.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brawngears is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMELINE
All international shipping deliveries are fulfilled by our shipping partner DHL Express. You can expect to receive your orders within 1-4 business days once the order has shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at order@brawngears.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
